Utilize this guide to set up SAML SSO as your authentication provider. Here's how!
Step 1: Log in to OneLogin and confirm you are in the admin section of OneLogin (URL should be something like account-subdomain.onelogin.com/admin).

Step 2: Navigate to Applications > Applications (URL should be something like account-subdomain.onelogin.com/apps) and click Add App.
Step 3: In the search box, type "Formstack" to populate options. Choose the one with the "SAML2.0" description.
Step 4: Create a display name and update the icon and select Save.
Step 5: Navigate to the SSO tab and copy the "Issuer URL."
Step 6: Head over to the Administration panel, select the single sign-on tab, and select “Add provider.”
Step 7: Give this a unique name and confirm the Auth Provider type is SAML 2.0.


Step 8: You will have the option to import your identity provider information via URL, file, or manually:

Step 9: On this page, copy the ACS URL and head back to OneLogin. In OneLogin, navigate to the "Configuration" tab and then enter the subdomain for your Formstack account and the "ACS URL" you just copied (note that your subdomain is currently in your ACS URL, and it should look something like: https://subdomain.formstack.com/admin/session/auth_provider_hook/123/process
Step 10: In OneLogin, you can now add users to your app or select a custom field to pass from OneLogin to Formstack.

If your SSO has been set up correctly, you will see the following model and be prompted to enable your SSO login.
If you’ve completed your SSO set up, but your domain has not been verified, you will see the following modal. Your SSO set up in this case was successful, but you’ll need to verify your domain before SSO can be enabled.
