This article provides an overview of the Project Homepage, where you can create and manage your projects.
Access to certain settings and controls may vary depending on your role (Admin, Manager, or Builder).
From this page, you can:
- Create a new project
- Manage project-level settings
- Favorite projects for quick access
- Edit, duplicate, or delete existing projects
Create a New Project
To create a new project, select Create Project from the Project Homepage.
Note: For step-by-step instructions on creating a project for the first time, see here.
Manage Settings
Under the Settings tab, Admins and Managers can configure default access controls for the organization.
There are three configurable areas:
1. Step Types — Default Step Access
This setting defines the default step access across the organization.
Admins and Managers can override these settings for Builders at the individual project level.
2. Integrations — Default Integration Access
This setting controls default access to integrations.
Admins and Managers can customize or override integration access for Builders at the individual project level.
3. Field Types — Default Field Access
This setting defines default access to fields across the organization.
Admins and Managers can override these settings for Builders at the project level.
Tip: You can adjust access settings at the individual project level instead of applying them across all projects.
Favorite a Project
On the Project Homepage, you can mark a project as a favorite.
When you favorite a project, it will appear in your quick-access list when hovering over the Projects tab.
Additional Project Options
Select the three dots next to a project to access additional options:
- Edit the project
- Duplicate the project
- Delete the project
Note: Deleting a project is permanent. This action will also delete all associated sessions and workflow steps. Also, the old Form step cannot be duplicated.
The Project Homepage centralizes project creation, access, and management across your organization.
