Your end users interact with Streamline workflows through session URLs - when they open a new session, follow a shared link, or access an assignment. By default, these sessions are hosted on the Intellistack domain. With Custom Domains, you can replace the Intellistack domain in those URLs with your own, so end users see a trusted, branded experience.
This is especially valuable for organizations where brand recognition and domain trust directly impact completion rates, such as healthcare, financial services, and government.
What Custom Domains Change
Custom Domains apply to end user session URLs only. Once configured, your custom domain appears in the browser address bar whenever an end user interacts with a session, including:
- New Session URLs - when an end user opens a workflow session
- Shared session links - links shared with end users to access a specific session
- Assignment links - URLs end users receive to complete assigned workflow tasks
What Custom Domains Do Not Change
- Streamline application URL - The URL you and your team use to log in, build workflows, and manage your account remains unchanged.
- Email sender domains - Emails generated by Streamline (e.g., session notifications, assignment emails) continue to send from Intellistack's email domain. Custom Domains does not modify SMTP settings.
