This article outlines the supported browsers and system requirements for using Intellistack Streamline.
Using a supported and up-to-date browser helps ensure Streamline functions correctly and provides the best possible experience. If you’re using an outdated or unsupported browser, you may experience visual inconsistencies or features that do not work as expected.
Application Overview
Streamline includes two primary experiences:
-
Sessions – The end-user experience.
- Example: filling out a form, signing a document, or reviewing a contract.
-
Admin App – The builder and configuration experience.
- Example: creating workflows, configuring integrations, or building forms.
Device Support
| Application | Desktop | Mobile |
| Sessions | Supported | Supported |
| Admin App | Supported | Not supported |
The Sessions experience is designed for both desktop and mobile use. The Admin App is designed for desktop use only and may not function correctly on mobile devices.

Important Notes About Browser Behavior
Safari and iOS Updates
Safari on iPhone and iPad is tied to the operating system.
To update Safari, you must update your iOS or iPadOS version. Safari cannot be updated independently.
Chrome on iOS
Chrome on iOS uses Apple’s WebKit engine, which means it behaves the same as Mobile Safari.
If you encounter an issue in Chrome on an iPhone or iPad, it should be treated as a Safari-related issue and would recommend updating your iOS or iPadOS version.
Chrome and Edge Updates
Chrome and Edge typically update automatically.
If you encounter an issue, restarting your browser is often enough to apply the latest updates.
Firefox ESR (Extended Support Release)
Firefox ESR is a version of Firefox designed for organizations that prioritize stability over frequent updates.
If you’re using the current ESR version, you are on a supported configuration, even if the version number appears behind the standard Firefox release.
