Reset my password

If you need assistance logging in or resetting your password, navigate to admin.formstack.com and select the "Forgot your password?" button. You'll be prompted to enter or confirm your email to send the password reset link.

Please check your email's spam or junk folders if you do not see the reset email within 15 minutes. If the password relink email isn't in any of your email's folders it is most likely that a different email is used to log in to your Formstack account. 

How many password attempts do I have? 

You can attempt a possible password up to six times; after the sixth failed attempt you will be locked out for 30 minutes. 

How do I reset my password for Forms for Salesforce? 

Reset your Forms for Salesforce password by going to your company's Salesforce login page (ie: https://thisisacompanyname.my.salesforce.com/), selecting "Forgot your password?" and following the prompts to retrieve your password.
