If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?”
On the next screen, ensure the email address is correct, then click ‘Send code’. An email with a one-time password will be sent to the email address in the field.
Check your email and copy the code in the body of the email. The code expires in 15 minutes. Return to Streamline and click ‘Send again’ to re-trigger the email.
If you enter the incorrect code or the code is expired, you will receive an error message stating ‘Failed to verify email code’. Click ‘Send again’ to re-send the email.
Once the code has been entered successfully, you can now change your password ensuring the new password adheres to our default password criteria
If the passwords do not match between fields, you will receive an error:
After a successful password update, you will automatically be logged in to Streamline.
