Your organization profile contains important information about your company that Intellistack Streamline uses to provide a personalized experience. This profile is automatically created when you sign up and can be reviewed and updated at any time by account administrators.

What is the Organization Profile?

When you create a Streamline account with your business email address, the system automatically analyzes your email domain and gathers publicly available information about your organization. This profile includes:

Business Context

• Company name
• Website URL
• Industry
• Products and services
• Headquarters location
• Operating regions
• Application integrations
• Compliance requirements

Visual Identity

• Brand colors
• Typeface preferences
• Logos and icons
• Preferred language

Technical Environment

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Database systems
• Communication tools (MS Teams, Slack, etc.)

This information helps Streamline provide relevant workflow suggestions, integration recommendations, and personalized features tailored to your organization.

Accessing Your Organization Profile

Only account administrators can access and manage the organization profile.

To view your organization profile:

1. Log in to Intellistack Streamline as an administrator
2. Navigate to your account settings
3. Select "Organization"

Generating Your Profile (Existing Accounts)

If your account was created before the organization profiling feature was released, you can manually trigger the profiling process:

1. Navigate to your Organization page in account settings
2. Click the "Generate my org profile"
3. The system will analyze your email domain and populate your profile
4. Review the generated information and make any necessary edits

Note: The profiler uses the email domain of the administrator who initiates the process.

Editing Your Organization Profile

You can update any information in your organization profile to ensure accuracy:

1. Navigate to the Organization Profile page in your account settings
2. Click "Edit" or select the specific field you want to modify
3. Make your changes
4. Click "Save" to update your profile

When you save changes to your profile:

• All administrators in your account will receive a notification about the update
• The change is logged in your account's audit trail
