Authorize Session Starting Salesforce — Authorize Session Starting Salesforce lets users start Streamline workflow sessions from Salesforce through built-in secure launch paths (HMAC) without writing custom code. Users already authenticated in Salesforce can begin a workflow from that Salesforce context without signing in to Streamline again, and Salesforce user and record data is protected in transit to the session. Top capabilities:
- Configure secure Salesforce-launched sessions without writing custom HMAC code
- Logged-in Salesforce users can start workflows without a second Streamline sign-in
- Protect Salesforce user and record data sent into Streamline from webhook
- Include the logged-in Salesforce user's information in the workflow at session start
-
Multi-value source fields — Forms can now prefill checkboxes from configured multi-value fields in a connected Data Source, so a record carrying several values is prefilled with the right boxes already checked. Top capabilities:
- Prefill Form checkboxes from multi-value Search Data results
- Write multiple selected values back to the connected Data Source

Require External Party Agreement — Require External Party Agreement gives Builders a Collaboration step setting that blocks the Document Owner from completing negotiation until the External Party Representative explicitly agrees to the current document version. When enabled, the owner override path is unavailable, so workflows that depend on mutual consent can advance to signature only after the external party has affirmed the terms. Top capabilities:
- Require explicit external party agreement before the Document Owner can complete a Collaboration step
- Disable owner override when the setting is enabled, so negotiation cannot be closed unilaterally
- Show whether the external party has agreed to the current document version before the owner finalizes
- Record external party agreement as part of the collaboration history for auditability
Defect Fixes
Administration
- Fixed an issue where deleting a user account at the same time as another deletion of the same account could cause an error instead of completing successfully.
Data Management
- Fixed an issue where delivering results for a repeatable search would ignore dynamic field values in mapped fields, causing all rows to be saved with only the static portion of the value instead of the correct per-row data.
- Fixed an issue where workflows that process multiple rows of data could fail with a validation error when a date/time field was included in the data being saved.
- Fixed an issue where checking for schema drift could fail with an error if certain required information was missing from the request.
- Fixed an issue where Data Search steps showed no mappable fields in downstream steps (such as webhooks or documents), causing sessions to hang with a loading spinner.
- Fixed an issue where logical Dataverse fields were not available in the Search Data step and could not be used to prepopulate forms.
Document Generation
- Fixed an issue where editing a participant in the Document builder (such as renaming, adding, or deleting) would not update the linked Sign step, causing the Sign step to display outdated participant names and roles.
- Fixed an issue where documents would fail to generate when using webhook data that contained fields or collections with spaces in their names (e.g., 'Related Opportunity Records' or 'Product Name').
- Fixed an issue where reassigning a document could incorrectly change a Reviewer's role to Signer, and in some cases cause participants to appear twice in the Workspace.
- Fixed an issue where removing a participant from a document signing step would not save, causing the participant to reappear after the change was made.
- Fixed an issue where submitting the first collaboration version in a multi-document workflow caused a blank screen in Collaboration Space that could not be resolved by refreshing the page.
- Fixed an issue where document orientation settings did not work in the Repository.
- Fixed an issue where copying a workflow to another organization could result in errors.
- Fixed an issue where editing document merge fields in the Builder would cause all future updates to a project to fail, making the project impossible to manage through the API.
- Fixed an issue where Collaboration Playbooks would show a success message even when no suggestions were generated. Users will now see an accurate message letting them know when no suggestions were found.
- Fixed an issue where changes made to a document in the document step builder were sometimes not saved when the document was quickly closed and reopened.

Upcoming Defect Fixes
Administration
- Fixing an issue where retrieving organization toggle settings via the API would return a 'not found' error, even though the endpoint was publicly documented and expected to work.
Data Management
- Fixing an issue where testing an outbound webhook with repeating data would automatically modify certain field values (such as quantities or currency amounts) in the preview rows, with no way for users to correct those altered values before sending the test.
Document Generation
- Fixing an issue where workflow updates through the API could fail when a supported source step ID format was used.
- Fixing an issue where submitting the signature step could sometimes take a long time to complete.
- Fixing an issue where attaching or mapping files in a Document Step could cause an error and prevent the workflow from completing successfully.
- Fixing an issue where starting a workflow session would fail if a document step had a signer assigned but no signature fields added for that signer.
- Fixing an issue where a document signing step with multiple signers was incorrectly displayed as several separate signing steps instead of one combined step showing all signers together.
- Fixing an issue where a signer who reassigned a document could still access and sign it after refreshing the page, and where a document could be reassigned to someone already included as a participant.
Forms
- Fixing an issue where logic applied to complex fields within repeating sections was not working independently for each repeated section.
