Recently Released Features

  • Pages Step — The Pages step lets builders design custom participant moments with custom pages at any point in a workflow, including completion screens, mid-flow instruction pages, outbound button handoffs, and embedded third-party experiences such as scheduling widgets.
  • Assignment Reminders — Sign — Assignment Reminders lets builders configure automatic follow-up emails for incomplete Sign assignments directly within the assignment step settings, using the organization’s existing email branding and customizable copy.
  • Assignment Reminders — Forms — Form assignments can send scheduled reminders with a custom message to recipients who still need to complete their task. Builders control whether reminders occur after the initial assignment or before the form expires.
  • File Actions Step — Work with files directly inside a Streamline workflow: merge files into one ordered output, convert files to the format a later step needs, or import a document from a public HTTPS URL. Outputs can be mapped to Sign, Collaboration, notifications, delivery, or another File Actions step.
  • Signature Field in Forms — Signature Fields let end users draw or type a signature directly in a form step, so builders can collect lower-stakes sign-offs without adding a full Sign step. Captured signatures are saved as images for use in generated documents and elsewhere.
  • Project Folders — Folders let you organize your project list. Name folders and subfolders to group projects around your organization’s structure, keeping large project portfolios manageable.
  • Separate Values and Mapping for Option Fields — Use separate labels and values in workflows when people need to see one value but the workflow needs another. For example, select an employee by name while using their email address to assign a form.
  • Go Back to Previous Step in Browser — Let people return to a previous step in the same browser without restarting the workflow, so they can correct information and continue where they left off.

Data Management

  • Fixed an issue where data from incoming webhooks did not prefill forms or documents.
  • Fixed an issue where repeating contact data could not be delivered from a singular account record.
  • Fixed an issue where date fields in webhook sessions were converted to text.
  • Fixed an issue where file names were not retained when writing data back to Salesforce.

Document Generation

  • Fixed an issue where typed signatures and initials did not fit their fields in flattened PDFs.
  • Fixed an issue where operators saw misleading plan and access banners.
  • Fixed an issue where mapped CC and BCC recipients were not resolved before sending Sign delivery emails.
  • Fixed an issue where certified signed PDFs could fail to update in the repository.
  • Fixed an issue where document templates with merge tags in DOCX properties could fail.
  • Fixed an issue where document preview merges did not retain Smarty mode settings.
  • Fixed an issue where a Sign step could be skipped after a participant was removed from a prior Sign step.

Forms

  • Fixed an issue where the form builder could fail with a conflict error after a revision refresh was ignored.
  • Fixed an issue where form submission could fail when a number field had null validation settings.
  • Fixed an issue where Omni-generated number fields could be missing validation settings and block form submission.
  • Fixed an issue where Omni-generated workflows could fail when a form contained a "state" or "country" dropdown.
  • Fixed an issue where brand logos could intersect with page content at narrow viewport widths.
  • Fixed an issue where blank arithmetic rules set number fields to zero instead of empty.
  • Fixed an issue where builders could not customize the list of states in an address field.
  • Fixed an issue where task assignments using legacy and modern settings could not be resolved together.
  • Fixed an issue where form previews displayed overlapping backgrounds.
  • Fixed an issue where form submissions could fail when text length validation values were out of range.
  • Fixed an issue where form builder logic settings for "is empty" and "is not empty" conditions did not disable number-field input.
