Streamline includes built-in tools to help reduce spam, but for an extra layer of protection, you can enable reCAPTCHA—a free, powerful security feature available to all paid accounts.
What is reCAPTCHA?
reCAPTCHA is a service developed by Google that helps protect your forms from spam and abuse. It works behind the scenes to distinguish between real human users and automated bots—without requiring your users to complete any additional steps.
How to Enable reCAPTCHA on Your Form step
Go to the Settings tab of your form step.
Toggle on Invisible reCAPTCHA.
Once enabled, reCAPTCHA will appear discreetly at the bottom of your form and automatically run in the background to assess the legitimacy of each submission.
Accessibility Note
⚠️ Important: Enabling Invisible reCAPTCHA will make your form non-compliant with WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards. If accessibility compliance is a priority for your organization, consider using alternative spam protection methods.
