Checkbox fields are ideal when you want to offer multiple options and allow users to select one or more. If you only want users to select one option, consider using a Radio Button Field instead.
Adding a Checkbox Field to Your Form
In the Form Builder, click the Checkbox field on the left side. Drag and drop it onto where you'd like it to appear on your form.
Once placed, the Edit Field panel will appear on the left while the field is selected. Configure your Field Label to enter the question or prompt you want to display.
Note: A label is required. To hide the label on the form, select "Hide Label" under Field Options.
Adding and Managing Checkbox Options
Scroll to the Options section in the Edit Field panel. Type each option in a separate box.
Managing Your Options:
➕ Click the plus sign to add more options.
➖ Click the trashcan symbol to delete an option.
Drag and drop using the handle to reorder the list.
Optional Features
You can enable additional functionality in the field settings:
“Check All” Option – Lets users select all options with one click.
“Other” Option – Adds a text field for custom input.
Randomize Options - Randomize the order of the options.
