The Address Field allows you to collect complete address information—such as street, city, state, ZIP/postal code, and country—in a single, formatted field. It also automatically validates the input to ensure a proper address structure.
How to Add an Address Field
To add an Address Field to your form:
Go to the Form step & find the field under the Builder tab to the left. Click on Address Field under the available fields and drag it into your form where you'd like it to appear.
Supported Address Formats
You can choose from several predefined address formats from the settings on the left:
U.S.
Canada
U.K.
Australia
Other
Each format includes appropriate fields based on regional standards.
Tip: The second line in the address field (e.g., apartment or suite number) is always optional, even if the address field itself is marked as required.
Allowing Users from Any Country
If your form will be used internationally:
Select "Other" as your address format.
Enable the Country List option to allow users to choose their country.
Preview: U.S. Address Format
When using the U.S. format, your form will include standard fields such as:
Street Address
Address Line 2 (optional)
City
State
ZIP Code
Custom Address Field Option
Note: If none of the available formats meet your needs, you can create a custom address field by combining Short Answer and Select List fields. This gives you full control over labels and layout.
