Radio Button fields are ideal when you want users to choose only one option from a list. If you need to allow multiple selections, use a Checkbox Field instead.
Adding a Radio Button Field to Your Form
In the Form Builder, locate the Radio Button field to the left. Drag and drop it onto where you'd like it to appear on your form.

Once placed, select the field to customize it on the left hand side. For instance, customize your Field Label & Enter the question or statement you want displayed.

Note: Labels are required, but If you prefer not to show the label on the form, check the "Hide Label" option on the left.

Adding and Managing Radio Button Options
Scroll to the Options section in the Field Editor & enter each option into its own input box.
Options can be words (e.g., “Vanilla”) or numbers (e.g., “1”, “2”).
To manage options:
➕ Click the plus sign to add a new option.
➖ Click the trash sign to remove an option.
Drag and drop options using the six dots sign to reorder them.

Adding an “Other” Option
You can allow users to enter a custom answer by enabling the "Other" option. Alternatively, you can also randomize the options that appear on the form.

Setting a Default Value
To pre-select an option when the form loads, enter a default value that you'd like to appear with the exact text of the option you want selected by default.

Example: If one of your options is "Vanilla" and you want it selected by default, enter Vanilla.
Layout
Switch the layout of the Radio button field to Horizontal or Vertical by selecting the corresponding option.
