When you receive an invitation to join Streamline, follow the steps below to activate your account.
Step 1: Accept the Invitation
- Open the invitation email you received from Streamline.
- Click the Accept Invitation button.
- This will take you to the Streamline setup page to create your password.
Step 2: Create Your Password
After accepting your invitation, you’ll be prompted to configure and choose a unique password.
Your password must include:
- At least 12 characters
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 number
- 1 symbol
Once your password meets these requirements, click Save or Continue.
Note: If you already belong to a Streamline organization and are invited to another org, you will not need to create a new password. Instead, you will accept the invite into the new org and be automatically logged in.
Step 3: Log In to Streamline
After setting your password, you’ll automatically be logged into your Streamline account for the first time.
Tip: If your organization requires additional authentication (such as Multi-Factor Authentication), you’ll be prompted to complete that setup during your first login.

FAQ
Can I use the same login credentials as my Formstack account?
Your login credentials for Formstack and Intellistack Streamline are distinct. Each platform utilizes a separate authentication method. If you’re using both platforms, we’d recommend using a different password for each service to enhance security.
