Charts in Formstack Streamline help you quickly visualize your most important data—right from your landing page. Whether you're tracking ER visit trends, monitoring course registration drop-offs, or watching onboarding progress, Charts make it easy to generate interactive visuals from your data using natural language prompts.
Instead of building reports or relying on dashboards, you can use Omni, our built-in AI tool, to create personalized, always-up-to-date charts in just a few seconds—no SQL or manual setup required.
How It Works
Step 1 - From your Streamline landing page, select the Add Chart option:
Step 2 - Enter a natural language prompt that describes the chart you want to see.
- Example prompts:
- “Show weekly referral volume for the past 6 months”
- “Display ER admissions by shift this week”
- “Trend of course dropouts by department”
Omni will generate a chart based on your prompt and display it instantly on the landing page.
Notes:
- Want to tweak it? Refine your prompt and try again until you get the results you’re looking for.
- Already used Omni to fine-tune a prompt? You can paste it directly into the chart input to recreate it.
