When a data source text field stores several values in one cell (for example, a Salesforce multipicklist or a delimited SQL column), you can mark it as a multi-value field so its values prefill Form checkboxes automatically.
Multi-Value Fields lets you:
- Designate a text data source field as a list and define its separator.
- Prefill Form checkboxes from a Search Data step so the matching options are selected automatically at run time.
- Write the selected list back to the data source with the target field's separator.
- Render the field in Documents as text or as visual checkbox or radio controls.
For the full setup steps, configuration details, and limitations, see Multi-Value Fields.
